Hornets take to mat ranked No. 2 in state Class A

The Frazee High School girls basketball program welcomed a new season with Jason Reierson as head coach.

Frazee’s varsity basketball team members are: (from left) Caleb DeGroat, Nate Nolan, Chris Hughes, Broden Fleisher, Jack Courneya, Reid Eckert, Eddie Croucher, Joby Giefer, Christian Weldon, Cole Fleisher, Vincent Helmers, Keenan Trieglaff and Lewis Helmers.
The Frazee Hornet basketball program had nine practices before the season began in early December.
 
The team has two returning starters, but the rest of the team including the coaching staff is new.

Lemon perseveres through injuries, begins final year of college wrestling


Bruce Lemon has a page on the Augustana University website. He recently began his last year of eligibility for college athletics.
Bruce Lemon started his final year wrestling at the collegiate level, and it’s his first year he’s taking to the mat without an injury.
