Anderson earns Everyday Hero Award


Marvin Anderson was recognized during a slideshow of those honored at the United Way of Becker County banquet Thursday, April 28.

Frazee resident Vivian Anderson accepted the award given to her late husband Marvin Anderson while their son Aric got hugs from the hosts of the United Way of Becker County banquet.
Marvin Anderson was honored posthumously with an Everyday Hero Award at the United Way of Becker County’s Celebration of Heroes Thursday, April 28 at the Holiday Inn of Detroit Lakes.

Jeff Wisdorf of Menahga was recently hired as the Frazee Golf Course general manager.
After a career in the banking and mortgage industry, Jeff Wisdorf decided to leave the big city life and move to the north woods. He found a nice homestead with a few acres near Menahga and then found his dream job in Frazee.
