Vergas Liquor Store donates fundraiser profits to Long Lake Trail extension project


Steph Hogan (left) accepted a check on behalf of the Vergas Trail Committee from the Vergas Municipal Liquor Store’s beer and pizza fundraiser, represented by the store’s manager Julie Lammers, who is also the city clerk.
The Vergas Trail Committee accepted a $595 donation from the Vergas Municipal Liquor Store, which it made from a recent food fundraiser at Skal Bar and Grill.
