The Frazee Lions, VFW and AmVets are hosting a chili cook-off to honor the late Bobby Cates.
The popular chili cook-off returns to Frazee Sunday, Jan. 28 from 1-4 p.m. at the VFW on Main Avenue.

The Vergas Municipal Liquor Store jumped at the opportunity to be open Sundays, and recorded its first transfer of funds to the city coffers in two years.
Vergas’ municipal off-sale made big waves towards the end of 2017, as it was able to transfer money to the city coffers for the first time in two years.
