Hornets earn 6th at Rochester tourney

The Frazee Hornets wrestling team, which had the smallest enrollment of teams entering The Clash XVI in Rochester Dec. 29-30, and returned with sixth place (3 wins and 3 losses). There were 19 teams competing.

The Frazee High School boys basketball team traveled to Henning for a tournament Dec. 18-19. 
 
The Hornets played Ashby Dec. 18 and lost 65-56.

Frazee won two matches at the Les Kertscher Duals Saturday, Dec. 16 in Frazee.
 
Frazee was joined by Pierz, Minneota and Perham in the event, but only squared off against Pierz and Minneota.

Cross country coaches resign, leaving strong program to next leader


Chuck Wake and Brad Morgan recently both announced they were resigning from their cross country coaching positions.
Word spread quickly through the Frazee-Vergas communities that cross country coaches Brad Morgan and Charles Wake resigned at the monthly Frazee-Vergas School Board meeting Monday, Dec. 11.
