Little Annika, 2, daughter of Frazee High School graduate Clint Yliniemi and wife Mandi, Maryfield, Minn., was interested in bidding on many items at the Wolf Lake Harvest Fest Saturday. Annika was shopping with Grandma Lynnette and Grandpa Glenn Yliniemi of Wolf Lake.
The 2015 Wolf Lake Harvest Festival was held Aug. 21-22 and despite the rainy weather Saturday the community joined the fun.

Brenda Gjelsness won the title of Snellman Mayor last year during the random drawing. She and her husband Ron live in North Dakota, but own a vacation home on Toad Lake. Gjelsness is an at-home senior advisor at Choice Health and Fitness in Grand Forks. She also substitutes for water aerobics instructors at the Detroit Lakes Community and Cultural Center.
Under the guidance of Snellman Mayor Brenda Gjelsness the village has sprouted from seven residents to 33 households and a new business has come to town.
