Craft fair to offer seasonal kissing balls


Kissing balls, along with other holiday decor, will be available at the upcoming Craft and Vendor Fair in Wolf Lake.
Kissing balls, made-from-scratch soups, sweet treats, crafts and popular vendors will all be waiting to welcome visitors to the Craft and Vendor Fair Saturday, Nov. 18 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Wolf Lake Lions Hall on Main Street.

Second option presented for Vergas trail extension


KLJ Engineering presented the Vergas Long Lake Trail Committee plans for the extension, which includes a floating boardwalk on Long Lake.
After hosting several events the past year, the Vergas Trail Committee refocused its vision on building a floating boardwalk that connects the paved and gravel portions of the Long Lake Scenic Trail.
